Whether you need an Electrical Safety Inspection, lights installed or replaced, re-decorate a flat or refurbish a house, Gas Safety Check, fix broken sink, tap or toilet as well as any other aspects of electical, plumbing or maintenance works, our booking department can help you organize everything fast and smoothly. We are giving the advices to our customers at all times giving them as much options as they need and supplying them with relevant paperwork such as estimates or invoices efficiently.
- Arranging appointments for Electrical Safety Inspections, Portable Appliance Tests, Gas Safety Inspections, Maintenance, Plumbing and all services we offer
- Producing work estimates, confirmation letters, copies of certificates and invoices
- Answering general inqueries
- Managing Engineers Diaries and ensuring they prompt arrivals

- Contact our booking department via telephone, fax or email and tell them what you require in great details
- Once your request is taken, you will be asked to provide contact details of yourself, or if you have tenanted properties, you can provide us with your tenants' details and we can contact them in order to book an appointment
- Date an time of your appoitnment will be agreed.

- Sit back and relax. Your tenants have been contacted, the appointment has been arranged, the materials have been ordered, the engineers is on his way. Nice and easy!

,, As Booking Manager at G W Maintenance my duty is to ensure the smooth running of the job booking at all times. My department deals with the bookings of Electrical Safety Inspections, Portable Appliances Tests, all general Electrical works & Maintenance jobs. My main priority is to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied ensuring that appointments are kept and engineers arrive to the properties in the time specified and all follow up paperwork, i.e. quotations, confirmation letters and invoices are all sent out on time and when requested.
I have worked for GWMaintenance since 2004 and have seen the company progress. We now have more Engineers and office staff and have evolved as a business. I am very happy to be part of the GW Team".
