GENERAL OFFICE OPENING HOURS
Our Administration office is open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
There is a voicemail available outside of opening hours and we provide out of hours services. You can leave a voicemail with any enquiry or email info@gwmaintenance.com and one of our staff will respond to you the following morning.
OUT OF HOURS SERVICE
We offer this services to Registered Customers & you will then receive our Engineers Direct Numbers.
There is no additional Charge for this service other than standard out of hour rates

tailored service. Your Tenants can
call us 24 hours a day. Subject to a pre
arranged limit we will attend to
the issue. If there is a Major problem,
we will of course call you. You won't
pay anything other than our
normal rates & there is no service
charge for this facility
ENGINEERS
Our engineers (electricians - plumbers - maintenance) are fully qualified & time served.
All our engineers carry id at all times & are uniformed, polite & helpful.
If you allow access with keys, we will get a signature at every stage of the job & date & sign until they are returned to your office or premises
VANS
Our vans are GPS satellite guided & stocked with
materials to undertake general day to day repairs.
We also hold accounts with over 30 distributors locally & get same day or next day deliveries
In our offices in Chingford we have installed a state of the art computer booking system integrated with our accounts within seconds of receiving a urgent request our system can text our engineer the job & the gps guidance will guide the van around traffic hotspots
