There is no additional Charge for this service other than standard out of hour rates As East London's Premire Landlord Contractor.We can offer a - One Stop tailored service. Your Tenants can call us 24 hours a day. Subject to a pre arranged limit we will attend to the issue. If there is a Major problem, we will of course call you. You won't pay anything other than our normal rates & there is no service charge for this facility!
